前期介入
1、熟悉物业设备设施,例如消防、供水供电,电梯等基本设施,以便以后交接和维护;
2、跟进物业销售进度,设计合理物业小区入伙流程;
3、准备好物业交接和验收交钥匙的相关资料;
4、入伙后的装修装饰管理(人、物、事)
5、为业主提供持续不断的物业跟踪服务。
